Susan Eddisford, Community Museums Officer
I advise and support museums – mainly small and volunteer run museums – in all matters; collections care, accessibility, fundraising, accreditation and keeping abreast of the latest legislation.
How I ended up at RAMM
I was the Education Officer at Tiverton Museum for 11 years and the Museum Development Officer for Teignbridge museums for 7 years. I love working with small museums and saw this post as a challenging opportunity to extend and develop the work I love while being part of, and having the support of, a larger organization.

What I am looking forward to seeing/doing in the refurbished Museum
Even though I know the collections, going into the refurbished RAMM will be like visiting a new museum. I love visiting new museums and I can’t wait to see the new galleries. It’s all very exciting.
