RAMM’s Out and About programme has attracted over half a million visitors. Independent research has confirmed that it was a great success and the findings will be of interest to visitor attractions wishing engage their audiences during a period of closure and those wishing to expand their audiences.

The programme aimed to ensure that RAMM remained part of people’s lives during its closure period, retaining its special place in their hearts and minds. It was also an opportunity to experiment with new ways of delivering services and developing new audiences in innovative ways.
