Each year RAMM offers a range of work placements to university students and college students.
The museum takes university students from training programmes giving them valuable work experience at the Museum. University work placements are only offered to those over 18 as a required part of an academic course.
College student placements are offered on the basis that you have a genuine interest in studying a museums, art or heritage related course at university and your current academic path is commensurate with this.
If you have a particular interest in a work placement with our conservations department please see the Conservation Placement Page
The museum offers work experience to students between the ages of 15 and 17 at set times in the year.
